Sandrine Vaillant

Sandrine is a graduate of the Institut Commercial de Nancy, the Tavistock Institute for Human Relations and an SF Coach accredited associate coach.
After more than 10 years' experience of managing international, multidisciplinary teams, followed by 15 years of project management in a management consultancy agency, she founded Beelonging in 2022. Sandrine enjoys designing and managing leadership development and change management programmes. Her systemic vision and ability to include each individual in his or her uniqueness to boost collective intelligence are recognised by her many clients, from CAC 40 companies to SMEs.
She is certified in various psychometric tools (Hogan, MBTI II, TMI, Leadership circle, ECPA, DISC, BELBIN etc.).
Based in France, she is a globetrotter in the virtual world as well as in real life, coaching managers, teams and organisations in French and English.

Florence Guimezanes

Florence holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences and a Master's degree from ESCP.
She has over 20 years' experience working in consultancies on HR issues and change management in a wide range of organisations (multinationals, SMEs, associations, government departments) and sectors (banking, services, industry, health, public sector, energy, etc.).
Also a qualified coach, certified trainer in non-violent communication and leadership consultant, she has a good cross-disciplinary vision of organisations and is involved in mobilising people and groups, both in France and internationally. She speaks French, English and Spanish.
